You do not need an account to use YurTake. You can play daily games and answer Today’s Takes without providing your name, public profile, or password.
Anonymous activity
To remember basic progress, reduce repeated submissions, and help prevent automated abuse, YurTake may use a long-lived browser identifier, cookies or local storage, and one-way hashed identifiers.
YurTake may store anonymous activity such as whether a game was shown, started, completed, solved with a clue, or revealed with “I’m Stuck — Show Me.” It may also store anonymous votes submitted through Today’s Takes.
These signals help YurTake operate the site, prevent duplicate voting or abuse, understand which games people engage with, and improve the daily rotation. Individual anonymous play or voting history is not published as a personal profile.
Today’s Takes results
When you answer a Today’s Take, your anonymous response may be included in the totals and percentages shown to other visitors. YurTake does not present these results as scientific or representative polling.
Server logs and security
Like most websites, YurTake may keep basic server logs and technical information needed for security, reliability, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, and abuse prevention. This may include information such as IP address, browser or device information, request time, and pages requested.
Analytics, advertising, and affiliate links
YurTake may use analytics services to understand how people use the site and may display advertising from Google AdSense, direct sponsors, affiliate programs, or other advertising providers.

Shared game links may remain available after the game moves into YurTake’s archive.

You can clear these through your browser, although doing so may reset anonymous progress or allow a previously answered item to appear unanswered on that device.
