Clear a minimal path by shifting city blocks until traffic flows.
Late-night urban planning — efficient, a little ruthless. Use 1–4 once in every row and column. Each outlined cage must hit its target.
HOW TO PLAY
Fill every square so each row and column uses every number exactly once, with no repeats. Each outlined cage has a target: + adds, × multiplies, − gives the difference, and ÷ gives the quotient. A cage showing only a number fixes that square. Tap a square, choose a number, and use the row, column, and cage clues together until the entire grid works.
